The Relay Around Columbus Participant Waiver is accessible below on this page. All participants are required to fill this out entirely, sign it, and turn it in at the start of the event on June 22nd.
Captains should collect this form from all team members, drivers, cyclists and companion runners / walkers.
If a team member does not fill out, sign, and present this waiver at the start, they will not be allowed to participate. There is no exception to this rule.
