Captains, for local teams*, will need to attend one meeting at a location in June in Columbus TBD.
* Local teams are considered to be from Franklin County and adjacent counties (Delaware, Licking, Fairfield, Pickaway, Madison, and Union)
Packet Pickup at location in Columbus TBA
Local teams* must pick up packets at Captain’s Meetings (dates and times TBD). Out of town teams may also send a representative to pick up packets at these Captain’s Meetings if they would like.
* Local teams are considered to be from Franklin County and adjacent counties (Delaware, Licking, Fairfield, Pickaway, Madison, and Union)
Out of town teams packet pickup is on June 22, 2013 at the event CHECK-IN at START.
* No local teams will be allowed to pickup packets at CHECK-IN on June 22, 2013 - NO EXCEPTIONS.
